The project cost of the two put together works out to Rs 1.67 cr. The total built up area sold is 16300 sq ft. The first project is around 13000 sq ft at Okkiam Thoraipakkam on the Old Mahabalipuram Road, the most sought after IT corridor of Chennai, which is soon going to boast of a six lane highway. The second project is at Madambakkam just off Camp Road, Tambaram in a quiet residential locality. Both these projects were sold even before the structure was completed. Emerald Marine Drive is being constructed on a 4 ½ ground rectangular plot with a frontage of 143 feet overlooking the backwaters at Karapakkam on the Old Mahabalipuram Road. The site is situated behind Sanmar Engineering, near KCG College of Technology and close to IT Companies like Cognizant, TCS, Satyam and Wipro to name a few. We are constructing 10 semi-independent duplex houses.
